Our mission is to support and mentor secondary school students from rural and under-resourced communities in the pursuit of Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, and Medicine (STEM) careers.
To achieve this goal, we:
1) Offer hands-on science and engineering activities using advanced instrumentation at our lab in Lyme, NH that mimic the day-to-day work of STEM professionals;
2) Support science teachers and schools with our Equipment Loan Library which provides scientific equipment, supplies, and technical support to science teachers and their students;
3) Mentor our students to attend and present their research at regional, national, and international professional STEM conferences, and publish in both general interest and peer-reviewed journals.
