10:30AM – 11:15AM – Poster Session 1 (Ice Engineering)

11:30AM - 12:15PM – Poster Session 2 (Ice Engineering)

12:30 PM – 1:45PM - Lunch (Ice Engineering)

2:00 PM – Keynote Speaker (TBA) (Auditorium)

3:00 PM – Closing Remarks

All registrations close on March 31, 2025. CRREL is a federal research laboratory, so our roster will be submitted upon the close of registration for the security clearance process. Late registrants will NOT be allowed. Students or parents who do not have U.S. citizenship will need to register as soon as possible to start the security clearance process early. Anyone 18+ must bring an ID. 

POSTER REQUIREMENTS FOR POSTER SUBMISSIONS:

Poster size: 30 inches x 40 inches.

Light colored background only.

Posters should be submitted at the time of registration. When registering, provide poster title and abstract.
Posters will be submitted to the email link found in the registration form.

Only .ppt or .pptx files will be accepted to ensure proper sizing.

File name should be your First initial, Last name (example: JSmith.pptx)

We will print your poster.
